Rates do not include the 5% Chautauqua County Occupancy Tax.
Reservations are given on the basis of deposits received. A deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is required at the time of the reservation.

Linen rental available $100 per stay (bed linens and bath towels.)

A $300 refundable damage/cleaning deposit will be added to the final payment amount. The balance of the full rental price is due 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds upon cancellations. Transferable upon approval. The damage/cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter within 30 days of check-out, as long as the house is left in satisfactory condition.
