Situated one street from the lake, this fully insulated 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house has many amenities. Updates include a new roof, new windows, refinished hardwood floors, hot water heater and a new furnace.

Entering the house through the enclosed front porch, the living room is the perfect place to relax and read a book.

The Dining room seats 8 and leads into the modern, spacious kitchen and the first floor bathroom. Off the kitchen is the laundry with washer and dryer facilities.

The second floor is home to 4 bedrooms, which sleep 10 guests, and a full bath. 2 bedrooms contain queen beds, 1 bedroom has a single while the 4th bedroom contains 2 single beds and a bunk bed w/trundle.

Each bedroom has new windows, blinds, a clock/radio and electric window fans.

Outside, feel free to use the tables and chairs while cooking on the outdoor grill.

A shared dock w/ rowboat is available for the use of our guests. At the end of the day, just relax by the lakeshore and marvel at the amazing sunset.
